what is bbi early access?

it’s an opportunity to use bbi before our full public launch. you’ll get access to our psychometric tools, team matching engine, and (in later stages) our real-time intelligence APIs — while helping shape the future of the product through direct feedback.

who is early access for?

we’re inviting forward-thinking teams who care about building better, more diplomatic workplaces. whether you’re a growing organisation or FTSE 100 company, if you’re curious about workplace dynamics, team performance, and people-first tech, we’d love to hear from you.

what kind of organisations is BBI suited for?

any organisation ideally that has a need to form many teams from large talent pools whereas not every employee can be known well by a single person. ideally a company that on a frequent basis changes it's teams up, whether this be daily or quarterly.

organisations that would we believe would particularly benefit from bbi include consultancy firms, banking, insurance and financial institutions, legal firms, large tv/film production companies, large single site employers, construction, healthcare, universities, hospitality and retail.

bbi early access would particularly benefit early careers programmes, large education cohorts, large zero-hours talent pools, etc.

what do I get as an early access user?

what's the cost to join?

pricing starts at 3.49 per seat per month, however, we’re offering early access at a reduced or no cost for select pilot partners. we do ask for a commitment to provide feedback, participate in short check-ins, and (optionally) let us anonymise your data for research purposes.

how long will early access be?

we expect to launch bbi to the public by 2027 or earlier.

what kind of support will I receive?

you’ll have a dedicated point of contact from our founding team, access to product documentation, and personalised onboarding. we’re here to make sure the experience works for your team and that you get real value from it.

how do you handle data and privacy?

bbi is designed with privacy in mind from day one. we are fully GDPR-compliant and committed to ethical, transparent data practices. you control what data you share, and we never use identifiable team information without permission.

can we integrate bbi with our existing tools?

yes! early integrations will include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Notion, Asana, and more. our intelligence layer APIs (launching August 2025) will allow deeper, real-time integrations with the tools your team already uses.

what kinds of outcomes can we expect to track?

early users will gain insight into productivity, retention risk, wellbeing indicators, and team collaboration patterns, all tied to bbi’s psychometric and behavioural models.

how can I join early access?

you can request early access by signing up at bren.co/early-access or booking a discovery call. we’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and will get back to you within a few days.

bbi early access - terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the early access phase of the bbi platform (“bbi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By joining, you agree to the following:

1. Programme Overview

The bbi Early Access Programme provides selected users and teams with access to pre-release versions of the bbi platform. The purpose is to test, refine, and help shape the product prior to its public launch.

2. Eligibility

Participation is by invitation or application only. We may limit the number of participants and reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

3. Use of the Platform

Participants will receive access to early versions of bbi’s features, including:

Psychometric assessments
Team matching tools
Behavioural insights and dashboards
Preview access to our Intelligence Layer APIs

You agree to use the platform in good faith, for internal business or research purposes only, and not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the system.

4. Feedback & Collaboration

As part of the programme, you may be asked to:

Participate in surveys, interviews, or check-ins
Provide feedback on usability, effectiveness, and outcomes
Share anonymised data for research and product improvement

We may use this feedback to improve bbi. You grant us the right to use non-identifiable feedback for research, case studies, and marketing purposes.

5. Data & Privacy

We are fully committed to data privacy and protection. All personal and team data is handled in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. You retain ownership of your data, and we will never sell or share your identifiable information without explicit consent.

6. Confidentiality

As an early access participant, you may have access to non-public product features and materials. You agree to keep these confidential and not share screenshots, access credentials, or product details outside of your organisation without our written permission.

7. Access Duration & Changes

Early Access runs from June 2025 to December 2025, with staged releases and updates during that period. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue access at any time with reasonable notice.

8. No Warranty

As this is a pre-release version of the platform, features may change, contain bugs, or be incomplete. The platform is provided “as is” with no warranties, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from its use during early access.

9. Future Access

Participation in Early Access does not guarantee continued access to bbi after the programme ends. Preferred pricing or transition options may be made available to early users, but this will be outlined separately closer to launch.
