bbi is built on a scientific foundation designed for the realities of modern teamwork. at its core is our team matching engine, which combines neural network architectures (NNA) with K-means clustering to generate team insights that go beyond surface-level compatibility. 

our psychometrics were developed in-house by psychologists, neuroscientists, and data scientists not to filter candidates, but to foster better teams and collaboration. unlike conventional models like the Big Five, our framework was designed specifically for understanding human interaction within teams. it’s informed by principles like the double empathy problem, acknowledging that mutual understanding especially in neurodiverse groups  requires a deeper, more contextual approach. our methods are currently undergoing validation in collaboration with research partners, with upcoming case studies and a whitepaper planned for publication.

this update brings together everything we’ve learned from early access, pilots, and real-world data to deliver a more refined, intelligent, and impactful platform. version 1.0 will include advanced team matching features, enhanced psychometric models, full integration with our intelligence layer APIs, and the next generation of dashboards and nudges designed to support team leaders in real time. it’s a key step in our mission to transform how teams understand and support one another with data science at the core.
