bbi is built on a scientific foundation designed for the realities of how we interact with each other as a species. at its core is our matching engine, which combines neural network architectures (NNA) with K-means clustering to generate insights that go beyond surface-level compatibilities, providing a holistic idea of how you relate to others around you.

our psychometrics were developed in-house by psychologists, neuroscientists, and data scientists to give artificial intelligence to social and emotional insights into how different people understand, communicate and behave, providing data and context. 

unlike conventional models like the Big Five, our framework was designed specifically for understanding human interactions and translating this understanding to machine intelligence. it’s informed by principles like the double empathy problem, acknowledging that mutual understanding especially in diverse groups requires a deeper, more contextual approach. 

our methods are currently undergoing validation in collaboration with research partners, with upcoming case studies and a whitepaper planned for publication. 

early results already show promising links between our insights and improved emotional and social insights provided by our models.

this winter we will be rolling out bbi ai v0.0, based on what we learned with our psychometrics, bbi ai v0.0 contains some improvements to the underlying psychometrics, and a basic concept model of bbi ai that will work with slack with an initially limited feature set. take the test, install the app and get some useful conversation assistance right within your conversations within slack.

we will be adding a useful basic toolkit that can guide you and your colleagues on how you can best interact with each other within the main control app.
